Rules

Properly completed orders will be shipped according to the service guidelines listed below. Orders are properly completed after payment completion and shipping address is confirmed. In addition, Zippo reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud. Orders that cannot be properly completed will be cancelled and the customer will be notified via email.

Multiple Addresses

Unfortunately we are unable to split ship orders to different addresses. We are happy to ship your order where you need it to go, but you will need to place a separate order for each address that you need items shipped to.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to carrier shipping regulations, Zippo windproof lighters are shipped without lighter fluid. To use your Zippo lighter, fill with Zippo premium lighter fluid.

Shipping Times

After payment completion, your order will be shipped from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia based on the content of your order as listed below.

Standard Shipping:
Ships in 1-2 business days for stock merchandise (Estimated 2 to 3 business days to arrive to customer in Peninsular Malaysia; 3 to 7 business days to arrive to customer in East Malaysia)
Ships in 2 business days for engraving (Estimated 3 to 5 business days to arrive to customer in Peninsular Malaysia; 3 to 7 business days to arrive to customer in East Malaysia)

Orders are arranged from Monday through Friday only. We are closed for public holidays. 

Delivery & Parcel Collection

For condominium, apartment and gated properties, customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, contact number and any necessary delivery instructions.

Where the customer has requested the courier to call upon arrival, the courier may attempt to contact the customer using the details provided. If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the parcel may be left at the property's designated parcel/drop-off area, lobby, guard house, management office, concierge or other appropriate common-area delivery point in accordance with the courier's delivery procedures.

Delivery to such a designated location may constitute completed delivery. Customers are responsible for collecting parcels from the designated delivery point.

Missing, Damaged or Tampered Parcels

Any claim relating to a parcel reported as missing, damaged, opened or tampered with after being recorded as delivered may be subject to investigation.

We may request reasonable supporting evidence, including photographs, CCTV footage or confirmation from building management, security personnel or the relevant delivery location.
