The dragon design lighters are created using Zippo's various imprint methods some include; color image, laser engrave, deep carve and fancy fill. These unique designs have been placed on several differed lighter cases such as; black matte, brushed chrome, high polish chrome, high polish brass, and black ice.

Deep Carve & Epoxy Inlay

A powerful milling machine accurately engraves contoured cuts into an Armor® case. Using various tool sizes, special buffing and plating. Clear, marble or solid epoxies are inlayed into deep cavities created by the deep carve engraving.

Texture Print

Its not an emblem, but it certainly could be mistaken for one. Zippo's Texture Printing brings designs to life with vivid coloring and 3D texturing. The print in adhered to a matte color lighter.

Seamless, wrapped 360° MultiCut carving across the front, sides, and back of an Armor® gold plated lighter brings this Asian dragon to life. Translucent red epoxy inlay and gold plated inside unit add to the mystique.

Color Image

The crisp, clean jewelry look of auto engraving has become one of the most popular methods of customization. Skilled operators use either rotary engrave or diamond cut method to inscribe an image into the product using creative fill patterns. A dimensional effect can be achieved by using directional fill patterns.

Lustre Etch and Color Image

The gold dragon on this lighter is created using Zippo's signature lustre etch method. The artwork is etched into the lighter and plated for a permanent mark. This also lighter integrates the color imaging process which allows Zippo to imprint multiple spot colors or full-color photographic representations.
