Carbon Iced Finish

By dipping Zippo's traditional matte finishes into a signature gloss, the Carbon Iced Finish is created. Leaving each lighter with a glossy, semitransparent look.

Color Image

State-of-the-art printing method allows Zippo to imprint multiple colors or full-color photographic representations.

Auto Engrave

The crisp clean look of auto engraving has become one of the most popular methods of customization. Skilled operators use either rotary engrave or diamond cut method to inscribe an image into the product using creative fill patterns.

Emblem

Image is die struck onto various metal substrates such as brass, aluminum, and pewter.

Deep Carve

Graphic is rendered in state of the art 3D software. A powerful milling machine accurately engraves deep contoured cuts into an Armor® case using many tools sizes, special buffing and plating.

Fusion

A combination of specific predetermined color palettes are combined with predetermined chrome breaks to create an iridescent, metallic shine.

Auto Two-Tone

Contrast is achieved when lighters are engraved using two different depths. Vibrant chrome and brass engraving allows for a 'gold and silver' effect.

Laser Two-Tone

Zippo's laser can be programmed utilizing two different depths creating a unique contrast within the image.

Textured

Texturing is created by applying layers of ink. Small icons or patterns can be selected by designs.

Case

The flame lighters have a standard case shape featuring rounded corners and top with a flat bottom. A five-barrel hinge joins the top and the bottom.

Insert

Standard insert with 16 holes in the chimney (8 per side).

Bottom Stamp

Bottom stamp with Zippo logo from the period authenticates these lighters as genuine Zippo.

Packaging

Unless otherwise stated, every Zippo windproof lighter is packaged in the 'one box'. The patented 'one box' is attractive, easy to handle, and designed to display more of the lighter than ever.
