Diamond cut patterns envelop the Armor^® High Polish Blue lighter to complete this frightful design. Comes packaged in a gift box. For optimal performance, fill with Zippo lighter fuel.

Armor® Lighters

In 2005, the Armor® lighters were first introduced into our stock line with the Brushed Brass, Brushed Chrome, High Polish Chrome, and High Polish Brass Armor models.

The case of an Armor® lighter is 1.5 times as thick as a standard Zippo case allowing for luxury imprint methods to be used like Deep Carve. This collection show cases deep carve designs with various patterns, textures and styles.

Imprint Methods

Deep Carve and Crystal Attached

Zippo designers and engineers continue to develop special inlayed materials and stones to delight Zippo customers. This lighter features a classy deep carved design on the front face of the lighter and a Swarovski crystal is integrated for added elegance.

Deep Carve

Graphic is rendered in state of the art 3D software. A powerful milling machine accurately engraves deep contoured cuts into an Armor® case using many tool sizes, special buffing, and plating.

Deep Carve and Fusion

A unique diamond shape sits gracefully at the center of this lighter and is stylishly paired with symmetrical deep carve engravings for added contrast. A combination of specific pre-determined color palettes are combined with pre-determined chrome breaks creating an iridescent metallic look with the diamond.

Deep Carve and Auto Engraving

This lighter features deep carve engraving alongside pristine auto engraving to create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. The crisp, clean jewelry look of auto engraving makes this piece stand out. Skilled operators use either rotary engrave or diamond cut method to inscribe an image into the product using creative fill patterns.

Armor® case featuring rounded corners and top with a flat bottom. Armor® lighter cases are about 1.5 times as thick as a standard brass case.

Insert

The Armor® lighters use the standard insert with 16 holes in the chimney (8 per side).

Bottom Stamp

Distinctive bottom stamp authenticates these chrome and solid brass lighters as Heavy-Walled Armor.

Packaging

Unless otherwise stated, every Zippo windproof lighter is packaged in the 'one box'. The patented 'one box' is attractive, easy to handle, and designed to display more of the lighter than ever.
